Parameters:
- cotmoderationState
State to put topic in, either "lock" or "unlock".
- This parameter is required.
- One of the following values: lock, unlock, close, reopen
- cotreason
Reason for locking or unlocking the topic.
- This parameter is required.
- token
A "csrf" token retrieved from action=query&meta=tokens
- This parameter is required.
